ХЕББ БОББИ (Hebb Bobby) (p. 26 июля 1941, Нэшвилл, Теннесси — ум. 3 августа 2010, Нэшвилл, Теннесси), американский соул-певец, вошел в историю популярной музыки прежде всего как автор Sunny, песни, которая существует в десятках различных версий и стала настоящим стандартом поп-соул.
Был одним из семи детей в семье слепых родителей. В семь лет отец научил его трем основным гитарным аккордам, а едва Бобби исполнилось двенадцать, легендарный Рой Акуфф уже пригласил его выступать в радио-шоу Gramd Ole Opry; Хебб, кстати, стал одним из первых черных исполнителей, удостоившихся этой чести. В старших классах школы Бобби играл в группе THE SMOKY MOUNTAIN BOYS, но после ее окончания уехал в Чикаго, где учился на зубного техника, а свое свободное время делил между уроками музыки и походами в блюзовые клубы. Бо Дидли регулярно приглашал его «джемовать» со своей группой: одно время Бобби даже числился регулярным перкуссионистом его THE DUCKES.
Его своеобразный стиль, сформированный в равной мере влияниями кантри и соул, произвел впечатление на Чета Эткинса, который взял Хебба в ученики и помог ближе познакомиться с шоу-бизнесом. В 1961 Бобби Хебб встретился с певицей Сильвией Шемуэлл (Sylvia Shemwell). Несколько лет они выступали и записывались для Battle Records как BOBBY AND SYLVIA. (После того, как они растались, Сильвия присоединилась к группе Сисси Хьюстон (матери Уитни) THE SWEET INSPIRATIONS.) Потом Хебб (соло) записывался на FM, Smash, Rich, Boom и Philips, но его успехи были не слишком велики, хотя многие из песен этого периода, в том числе Night Train To Memphis и You Broke My Heart And I Broke You Jaw

Bought this because the other arrangement was wrong.
Unfortunately, I was too late in reviewing to receive credit for the wrong arrangement. I even checked with a music transcriber to make sure I wasnt wrong. The transcriber agreed that some of the chords were wrong. Oh well!

Bobby Hebb ‘Sunny’ — what a song .
One of the best songs ever written! This arrangement makes it quite easy and quick to play, you are able to feel the typical harmony very fast. The arrangement could be more exclusively, but that does not mean you don’t enjoy it. Definitely to recommend!
